Remi Ishizuka's Yogurt, Banana & Cinnamon Toast

Need a quick snack after a workout? Try Remi Ishizuka's Yogurt, Banana and Cinnamon Toast recipe. It's topped with a bunch of yummy things like yogurt, banana and honey. Plus, the yogurt is a good source of calcium that helps ease PMS symptoms like depression and anxiety.

Ingredients:

  • 1 SLICE OF CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD
  • 2 TBSP PLAIN GREEK YOGURT
  • 1 BANANA
  • PINCH OF CINNAMON
  • HONEY

Toast the cinnamon raisin bread and spread 2 TBSP of the yogurt on top of it. Next, slice the banana and place a few slices on the yogurt. Then sprinkle cinnamon and drizzle some honey. For a little extra fun, add chocolate covered sunflower seeds on top!
